Surfaris invented the remote area learn to surf format and have been running since 1994. We run every week of every year. We will take you on a surf seeking pilgrimage between Sydney and Byron Bay. The route follows that blazed by the Sydney surfers in the early 60?s following the introduction of the Malibu surfboard into Australia and is the same route followed by Sydney surfers today.

The locations we select offer easy access to safe surf conditions and our guides are expert surfers who have an intimate knowledge of the coast and can place you in the best conditions according to your abilities. We pull a trailer sufficient to carry all camp gear, backpacks and other items. Most of our customers are beginners or close there to but many experienced surfers also take our trips.
